Using the Tapit platform, Samsung can easily deliver product rich information to shoppers so they understand the benefits of new Samsung features, allowing shoppers to discover & learn at their own lesiure without needing to engage retailer staff.
For the first time, using the Tapit plaform, Samsung can now monitor and report how shoppers are interacting with their retail marketing materials giving them a completely new view of shopper behaviour.
